Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use refuseplans.living. This page describes how Refuseplans Garage Doors works on that. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to find this site easy to use. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
What We Do About It
To make the site easier to use, we try to:
- Give every page a clear heading structure
- Add alt text to images that carry meaning
- Pick colors with strong contrast for easy reading
- Allow navigation with a keyboard
- Build layouts that fit any screen size
- Keep the wording short and plain
- Add a label to every form field
Where We Might Miss
Some parts of the site may not meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems when we spot them.
Other Ways to Reach Us
If part of the site is hard for you to use, you can still get help in another way. Request a callback to reach a provider, or email contact@refuseplans.living and we will help where we can.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
Your feedback helps us get better. Email contact@refuseplans.living and tell us:
- Which page or tool gave you trouble
- What you tried and what happened
- Your browser, device, or assistive technology, if you are able to share it
We will read your note and try to reply within a few business days.
Still Working on It
Accessibility is ongoing work for us. We keep it in mind each time the site is updated.
Reach a local provider
