Our Role

Refuseplans Garage Doors offers referrals and marketing. We link homeowners with independent garage door repair and installation providers. We do not repair, install, adjust, or sell garage doors, openers, or parts. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance, and conduct. We do not employ, supervise, or direct them. We make no promise about when a provider is available, when one will arrive, or how the work turns out.

Before you approve any job, we encourage you to check the provider's credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

What We Ask of You

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. We may track or record calls for quality and billing. You can email contact@refuseplans.living at any time to ask us to stop contacting you.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Refuseplans Garage Doors or its licensors. Please do not copy them or use them for business without our permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Refuseplans Garage Doors is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.
