How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Refuseplans Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we used your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks confusing or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Refuseplans Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@refuseplans.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What went wrong and what result you would like
Our Next Steps
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will review it, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
